For more than three decades, Orchard Human Services has uplifted lives through professional counseling, education, and compassionate care. Founded by Dr. Darleen Claire Wodzenski, Orchard brings together licensed clinicians, educators, and holistic wellness professionals who share a commitment to meeting people exactly where they are — and walking with them toward healing, growth, and self-determination.

Dr. Darleen Claire Wodzenski is the Founder and Executive Director of Orchard Human Services, Inc. She is a licensed professional counselor, national certified counselor, approved clinical supervisor, author, speaker, trainer, and interventionist — with 30+ years of professional service spanning home education, pastoral counseling, special education, graduate-level instruction, and licensed clinical mental health practice.
She holds a Master of Science in Exceptional Student Education, a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a PhD in Psychology with a focus on Psychoneuroeducational approaches to healing, growth, and development. She has served as Adjunct Faculty at Nova Southeastern University and is a national peer-reviewed conference presenter, including at the National Youth at Risk Conference, the Council for Exceptional Children, and the STEAM Leadership Conference hosted by CEISMC at Georgia Tech.
Dr. Darleen is the developer of the Fluid Trauma™ Protocol, the Human Superpower™ frameworks, the Water Keeper clinical ethics model, and the D.R.O.P.™ emotional literacy framework.

CUSP Counselor Supervision Program
Our Counselor Under Supervision Program (CUSP) provides structured, high-quality supervision for post-master’s graduates pursuing licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist. Nurse practitioners may also complete psych preceptorship here. Supervision is provided by an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) and covers:

Counselor Continuing Education
High-quality CE courses for counselors, social workers, marriage & family therapists, and psychologists.
Orchard Human Services, Inc. is an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP No. 7260). Our five live, synchronous CE courses are offered on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the 2026–2027 training year — each running 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EDT for 6 CE hours.
