Ms. Clay-Douthit brings more than twenty-five years of clinical practice together with senior leadership in graduate social work education. She served as Associate Director of Field Education and adjunct instructor at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University, where she managed university practicum and internship programs.

At Orchard she directs the internship program and provides clinical supervision to social workers pursuing independent licensure, carrying her field education experience into the training of new clinicians.

Ms. Wodzenski is pursuing her doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision and is completing her doctoral supervision internship at Orchard. She provides clinical supervision to practicum and internship students, and guides students through individual and group counseling theory and practice. Her clinical practice and supervision work are supervised by Dr. Amani Mungo, EdD, LPC, CPCS, and her supervision internship is reviewed by the faculty and clinical directors of her doctoral program.

She also coordinates the practicum and internship program — placements, scheduling, documentation, and the flow of the training year — and is the first point of contact for students throughout their placement. She brings a professional background in early childhood care and development to her work on human development across the lifespan.

Dr. Wodzenski serves as clinical supervisor of record for counseling practicum and internship students and for post-graduate associates accruing supervised experience toward independent licensure. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and Virginia and an Approved Clinical Supervisor through the Center for Credentialing & Education.

Students receive mentorship grounded in thirty years of professional service across education, pastoral counseling, clinical counseling, and supervision.
