Beth Wodzenski, BA Psy, MA CMHC, NCC is a Masters Level Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with diverse populations with special attention to supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals as well as supporting exploration of Ethical Non-Monogamy [ENM] and non-traditional relationships. With a background in Early Childhood Care and Development prior to entering the field of clinical mental health, Beth brings her knowledge of how humans develop into the counseling space. She provides a safe and non-judgmental space in which individuals can explore their identity, relationships, career, philosophy, spirituality, and overall well-being.
People who work with Beth find her compassionate and reassuring presence to be soothing. At the same time, Beth brings a keen insight about life and practical counseling approaches to the therapeutic process. Individuals have the opportunity to reflect upon their current timeline of relationships, work, health, and day-to-day living with an exploration of roots from childhood and early adulthood. In this way, clients get to work through the various layers and dimensions of the human condition to achieve personal growth, expanded insight, and mental ease.
In the counseling space, Beth takes a person-centered approach that embraces practical modalities such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy [CBT], Dialectical Behavioral Therapy [DBT], and Trauma-Informed Care. She also focuses on supporting the Development of each individual by supporting areas open for growth and leveraging areas of strength. By weaving together these various elements, she creates a unique approach to meet the individual needs of each person.

As a practitioner of yoga and meditation, Beth brings a well-rounded life experience to the counseling space. Salutogenesis is the practice of intentional wellbeing, and Beth supports clients to pursue this valuable goal through practices of daily living. In her personal life, Beth grows organic herbs and makes sourdough bread in addition to daily health supportive practices including Earthing, hiking, natural foods cooking, and spiritual pursuits.
