Some of the challenges we address include Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental disorders; Reactive Attachment Disorder including RAD and DSED; Depression; ODD and OCD; Self-Harming Behaviors; Dissociative Disorders; Borderline Personality Disorder; Learning Disabilities and other Problems related to Learning in School; Anxiety and Fear; Trauma History; and challenges connected to Adoption and Foster Care placement.
We offer a wide variety of services including Autism Socialization Training, Asperger’s Therapy and Counseling, Special Education consulting and advocacy, Section 504 Planning and Implementation, family and sibling counseling and therapy, developmental intervention services, and life coaching support. Autism therapy services include support for sensory processing disorders, Asperger’s, behavior, social and emotional development, creating friendship and relationships, and communication.

Insurance
We participate in a number of insurance plans; coverage is also subject to the determination of your insurer. Some of the plans in which we participate include AETNA, Amerigroup, Anthem, BCBS, Beacon, Caresource, Cigna, GEHA, Optum, Tricare, United Healthcare.
Counseling services are provided by highly qualified staff, led by Executive Director Darleen Claire Wodzenski, MS ESE, MA CMHC, QPPE, PhD, NCC, ACS who is a Nationally Board Certified Counselor who practices Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Certified Exceptional Student Educator with a PhD in Psychology. Dr. Wodzenski completed her PhD in Psychology with a focus on a Psychoneuroeducational approach for complex Emotional, Mental Health, and Neurodevelopmental Disorders. She works with closely with Orchard Human Services, Inc. and Psychoneuroeducational Institute, LLC to develop advanced counseling, psychology, and mental health interventions for children with a variety of emotional, behavioral, learning, mental health, and developmental challenges. Her areas of specialization include Attachment Development and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Dr. Wodzenski is a Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor; a certificate eligible Special Educator in Georgia; a certified Parent Educator [QPPE]; and a professional trainer for teachers, mental health professionals, and early childhood providers.

Quantum Success Hypnotherapy is provided as a stand-alone service. As a non-clinical stand-alone service, Quantum Success Hypnotherapy is offered in 90- to 120-minute sessions that are billed at a rate of $250 per hour. A 90-minute session is billed at $375; a 120-minute session is billed at $500.
Fees for clinical services including counseling, intervention and advocacy range from $175 to $400 per session, depending upon the service and time. Non-clinical developmental and educational intervention services range from $25 to $250 per session. All court-related fees are billed at $500 per hour. Some clients may qualify for a partial scholarship from a community partner (court fees not eligible).
Following are the most commonly used codes and corresponding rates; for clients with insurance, we participate in many insurance plans, and each insurance company has negotiated a special rate for clients.
90791 $200; 90837 $175; 90834 $150; 90832 $125
Services connected to court appearances and expert witness testimony are billed at the rate of $500 per hour, including time spent evaluating, researching, and preparing for a case. These services are payable by the individual and are not billed to a third party payer such as an insurance company.
