You chose this work because it matters.

Continuing Education for Mental Health Professionals

Whether you hold an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or another clinical license, you know what this field asks of you. You carry the weight of your clients’ stories. You navigate complex ethical terrain, shifting technology landscapes, and the daily demand to show up fully — while keeping yourself intact.

At Orchard Human Services, Inc., we believe that your continuing education should be as rigorous and meaningful as the work you do. Not checkbox compliance — but real clinical depth that changes how you think, what you notice, and what you do in the room.

That’s what we build. That’s who we are.

Who We Are

Dr. Darleen Claire Wodzenski

Orchard Human Services, Inc. is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit and NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7260. Our training programs are developed and delivered by Dr. Darleen Claire Wodzenski, MS ESE, MA CMHC, PhD, LPC, NCC, ACS — a licensed clinician, credentialed educator, Approved Clinical Supervisor, and national and state peer-reviewed presenter with 30+ years of professional service.

Dr. Darleen holds doctoral-level training in Neurophysiology and Biochemistry, giving her courses a biological depth most CE trainers cannot offer. She is not a trainer who teaches about clinical work — she is a licensed clinician who teaches from inside it.

All five CE courses are live, synchronous, and interactive — because real learning happens in community, not in isolation.

What Makes Our Training Different

Clinician-Authored & Delivered

Every course is built by Dr. Darleen from her own clinical practice — original frameworks developed at the intersection of neuroscience, ethics, and lived clinical experience.

Live & Interactive

Six hours, camera on, in community with colleagues from across the country. The kind of training you actually remember.

Proprietary Clinical Frameworks

Fluid Trauma™, Human Superpower™ of Attachment, and the Water Keeper clinical ethics model — tools you won’t find anywhere else.

Aligned with Your Renewal Deadlines

Strategically timed to serve GA, SC, MD, PA, and FL renewal cycles. We think ahead so you don’t have to scramble.

CUSP

Counselor Under Supervision Program

Are you a pre-licensed mental health counselor working toward full licensure and in need of clinical supervision? CUSP was built for you.

Dr. Darleen Claire Wodzenski is an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), credentialed through the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE), an NBCC affiliate. She provides individual and group clinical supervision for pre-licensed counselors working toward their LPC, LMHC, LCPC, or equivalent state licensure.

Good supervision doesn’t just sign your hours. It shapes the kind of clinician you become. CUSP is designed to give you exactly that.

What CUSP Offers

  • Individual and group supervision with an ACS-credentialed supervisor
  • Supervision aligned with ACA, NBCC, and state board requirements
  • Clinical grounding in neuroscience, trauma-informed care, attachment, and ethics
  • A supervisor who is an active licensed clinician — not a retired one
  • Access to Orchard’s clinical community and professional development resources
